More Tomatoes!

We're bringing more varieties of tomatoes out of the greenhouse this week. In addition to the list from last week, here's what you will find.

Black Cherry
Black Krim
Brandywine
Cream Sausage
Gold Nugget
Red Alert
Red Zebra
San Marzano
Sweetie

Remember that we have lots of vegetable starts in addition to tomatoes. We have greens, cucumbers, garlic and several kinds of peppers will soon be ready to come out of the greenhouse. We also have herbs and a good selection of berries.

About Puget Ridge Garden Center

The Garden Center is a hands-on teaching facility for students of SSCC's Landscape and Horticulture (LHO) program. Here students learn to propagate plant material and perform the various jobs involved in running a retail nursery. These include: customer service, ordering, inventory control, display, sales, marketing and keeping plant material healthy and salable throughout the process. Puget Ridge Garden Center is open to the public, offering quality plants and garden-related products. Proceeds from Garden Center sales go to support the LHO program. You will find us in the Landscape and Horticulture complex at the north end of the campus.
